RIGHT NUTRITION FOR SCHOOL SUCCESS

Healthy eating and lifestyle are very important for the success of the school as well as for the growth and development of children. Healthy and adequate nutrition education should be given to children very well, especially in kindergarten and primary school. Basic education should cover the issue of nutrition. A child who is healthy and well fed from a young age and learns to change his or her lifestyle does not easily and badly nourish when he is an adult. Families of parents, school parents, teachers and the Ministry of Health should be involved in basic nutrition education. Beginning in primary school for healthy and successful societies. Parents need to check their children's sleeping hours. Because the growth hormone is secreted at night, children need to go to bed at least 21:00 or 21:30 to sleep. Calcium is best absorbed at night time. Calcium is a must for strong bones. You can increase your calcium intake by drinking 1 cup of skim milk 1.5-2 hours before you go to bed at night. Before sleeping at night we need to be sure that children are absolutely brushing their teeth for oral health.
